  - Participate in deep architectural discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success when building new and migrating existing applications, software and services on the AWS platform.
  - Build up and share best-practice knowledge amongst the internal worldwide teams.

  - Perform the technology watch and develop new technical solutions and programs to improve customer experience

IT Systems Engineer

• Primary role is to provide the technical support of products to worldwide engineers and customers. Various tools are used to provide support and deployment of applications also are performed by System Engineer.

• - Using AWS to manage target groups/LB and Instances. Also to troubleshoot using the different internal AWS tools.
  - Working with CI/CD pipelines for delivery of projects through Octopus
  - Chrome Dev Tools for troubleshooting web applications flow. Graphana for monitoring applications and identifying any potential issues or for investigation purposes.

  - Use of Atlassian Confluence for documentation and Jira / Click for ticketing system.

System and application Engineer

• The System and Application Engineer ensures successful installation operations, configuration, optimization and operational maintenance of the services and equipment related to the operating systems of the company's customers throughout the project cycle, from the sale of the project to its operation.
• My main missions are:
